exclusive licensee on the West Coast, CSFS

framing. From its advanced 3D modeling
system which provides accurate bills of material
and estimating data to its computer-controlled
roll-forming equipment and advanced

Key Management
Richard Pope
Executive Chairman of the Board
Richard brings over 30 years of experience in
construction and residential real estate, and has
managed international development projects on
many continents. He is a respected homebuilding
leader who has overseen over $1 billion in homes.
Roger Moore
Director Project Management and Estimating
Roger Moore comes to CSFS with extensive
experience in construction for large and small
regional homebuilders. He has overseen the
construction of hundreds of single family and
multifamily homes in Northern California as a
field superintendent and as head of operations.
Roger has a BA in Economics and Sociology from
the University of California San Diego. His
background also includes experience with
multiple start ups in various industries
including construction and software. His
technology background is an excellent fit with
our 3D modeling software.
Antoinette Pelletti
Director, Supply Chain, HR Manager
Antoinette Pelletti has extensive supply chain
management experience having spent 35 years with
telecom company, JDS Uniphase. She is adept at
managing all aspects of complex supply chains
with a focus on continual reduction of the total
delivered cost of goods while building and
retaining excellent vendor relationships. Her
background includes international supply chain
management, supplier negotiations, formulation of
supply agreements and supplier quality
engineering principles and theory.
Antoinette has in depth knowledge of ISO 9001,
AS9100, SPC, TQRDC, Lean Manufacturing, and Black
Belt Quality principles. Her organizational and
process skills make her an excellent fit for the
Human Resource role during the early phase of the
company.
Victor Souza
Director of Manufacturing
Prior to joining CSFS, Victor Sousa was
Engineering Manager at Max Machinery, Inc. where
he drove engineering excellence and program
management initiatives resulting in improved
Time-to-Market of new capital equipment products
and high end industrial devices. Victor also
spent five years at JDS Uniphase, a high tech
telecom company, where he had production and
engineering oversight responsibilities. He has
focused his extensive management and leadership
experience in improving execution and customer
satisfaction through the formation of strong,
capable teams. Victor has a degree in
electronics and a strong background in IT which
are excellent additions to a production
environment with state of the art technology.
